# Admin Dash board Not Accessible

**Situation**
  ${color}[#ff0000](The client  is unable to access the dashboard.)

**Reasons**
Generally, this is the following reason that the client wants the payment gateway :
The client changes the access permission by mistake say from admin to subscriber )

**Communication to Client**
Tell the client that we will fix the issue. You need technical expertise to do this and we will provide it for you.

**Prerequisite**
* Client's  Hosting Credentials(Username and Password)
Importantly: Verify the credentials then and there over the phone or via chat.
