Admin Dash board Not Accessible

Situation
The client is unable to access the dashboard.

Reasons
Generally, this is the following reason that the client wants the payment gateway :
The client changes the access permission by mistake say from admin to subscriber )

Tell the client that we will fix the issue. You need technical expertise to do this and we will provide it for you.

Prerequisite

Client's Hosting Credentials(Username and Password)

Importantly: Verify the credentials then and there over the phone or via chat.
