Bulk Import and Export from csv file

Situation
****The Client is unable to bulk import or export via CSV file.

Reasons
Generally, these are the following reasons :
*Client is not efficient in working with CSV file/format.

Communication Client
Tell the client that we can fix this and there can be above-mentioned reasons coz of which he is unable to import or export his content. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to diagnose the CSV format with the compatible plugin and do the setup. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you.

CSV file: It stores tabular data (numbers and text) in plain text. Each line of the file is a data record. Each record consists of one or more fields, separated by commas. The use of the comma as a field separator is the source of the name for this file format. The CSV file format is not standardized.
