captcha is not Working

Situation

****The Client is facing the Recaptcha issue ie Google Recaptcha is not working.

Reasons

Generally, this is the following reason :

Sometime Header file has been corrupted.
Integration issue.

Communication Client

Tell the client that we can fix the issue, but It requires diagnoses as it may be because of the above-mentioned reasons, this needs troubleshooting by technical expertise and we will provide it for you. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to trace and fix the issue. We have our Happiness Engineer, they would love to assist you.

Let, the client knows that we have Proper Departments working -->Development --> QA Team -->Audit Team (checks that issue fixed in given time and scrutinize Clients Feedback). We have offices in India, Texa, UAE(Dubai).

Prerequisite

Client's WordPress Website URL, Credentials(Username and Password).
Hosting Credentials (Username and Password).

Importantly: Verify the credentials then and there over the phone or via chat.
