Contact Form Issue

Situation
****The Client is unable to receive the mail via the contact form .

Reasons
Generally, this is the following reason :

Configuration error or HTML code error.
It could be SMTP (Simple mail transfer protocol) error.

Communication Client
Tell the client that we will fix the issue but it requires troubleshooting. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to diagnose this issue. It requires technical expertise as they have to check the coding part in order to fix the issue. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you

Let, the client knows that we have Proper Departments working -->Development --> QA Team -->Audit Team (checks that issue fixed in given time and scrutinize Clients Feedback). We have offices in India, Texa, UAE(Dubai).

Prerequisite

Client's WordPress Website URL, Credentials(Username and Password).

Importantly: Verify the credentials then and there over the phone or via chat.
