Create Users in WP

Situation
****The Client wants to Create Users Administrator,Editor etc in WP .

Reasons
Generally, this is the following reason :

Client is unable to do on its own.

Communication Client
Tell the client that we will do the needful and our Happiness Engineer, they would love to assist you.

Let, the client knows that we have Proper Departments working -->Development --> QA Team -->Audit Team (checks that issue fixed in given time and scrutinize Clients Feedback). We have offices in India, Texa, UAE(Dubai).
