Image Upload Issue in WordPress

Situation
The Client is unable to upload the Image .

Reasons
Generally, this is the following reason :
Media was working 10 minutes ago, suddenly started showing an error message to upload an image. It could be the Memory size issue.

Communication Client
Tell the client that we will fix the issue but it requires troubleshooting. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to diagnose this issue. It requires technical expertise as they have to check the coding part in order to fix the issue. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you
