# JS Issue

**Situation**
  ****${color}[#ff0000](The Client is facing JS issues(Slider/Checkout) .)

**Reasons**
Generally, this is  the following reason  :
* Slider is not responding in proper way it could be slider JS Issue as it is.
* Checkout JS Issue etc

**Communication  Client**
Tell the client that we will fix the issue but it requires troubleshooting. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to diagnose this issue. It requires technical expertise as they have to check the coding part in order to fix the issue. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you

| Let, the client knows that we have Proper Departments working -->Development --> QA Team -->Audit Team (checks that issue fixed in given time and scrutinize Clients Feedback). We have offices in India, Texa, UAE(Dubai).

**Prerequisite**
* Client's  WordPress Website URL, Credentials(Username and Password).
