Mess-up WordPress website

Situation
****The Client is seeing his website is messed up ie theme is not working, buttons are not placed properly, Layout issues etc.

Reasons
Generally, this is the following reason :

Configuration error or HTML code error.
It could be SMTP (Simple mail transfer protocol) error.

Communication Client
Tell the client that will fix the issue. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to diagnose this issue as there can be the above-mentioned reasons. It requires technical expertise as they have to check the coding part in order to fix the issue. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you.

A small mistake in installing plugins or overriding functions can make the site down. It's always better to take the help of technical expertise.
