Shipping Calculator Not Working

Situation
****Shipping Calculator stops functioning.

Reasons
Generally, these are the following reason :

Theme is overriding the default cart page with their own and has not yet updated it to a compatible version, or vice versa.
Wordpress Version Incompatible with the plugin.

Communication Client
Tell the client that we will fix it and state the above reason if required. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to set up the compatible plugin with his website theme and also to check the other plugins conflict and then to do the setup.
