# Unable to Subscribe NewsLetter

**Situation**

**Reasons**
Generally, this is  the following reason  :
*Configuration error or HTML code error. 

**Communication  Client**
Tell the client that we will do the setup for you. It requires technical expertise as they have to check the coding part in order to fix the issue. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you
