# Webinar API Integration

**Situation**

**Reasons**
Generally, this is  the following reason :
Client Wants video conferencing on his site (Schedule webinars of one or more sessions Tailor your webinars with panelists, polls, questions and surveys Accept registrations Manage registrants and, once the webinar starts, attendees To view data about historical and future webinars, registrants and attendees)". He is unable to do on his own.

**Communication  Client**
Tell the client that we will do the whole set up. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to set up the compatible plugin and also to check the other plugins conflict and then to do the setup. We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you.

| Let, the client knows that we have Proper Departments working -->Development --> QA Team -->Audit Team (checks that issue fixed in given time and scrutinize Clients Feedback). We have offices in India, Texa, UAE(Dubai).
