WooCommerce Email Notification Issue
Situation
****The Client is not getting Email Notification if order is placed
Reasons
Generally, these are the following reasons :
- Problem in Mail function of WordPress.
- WooCommerce plugin and source files are not up to date.
- White-list or spam settings on your server.
Communication Client
Tell the client that we will do the whole set up. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to set up the compatible plugin with his website theme and also to check the other plugins conflict and then to do the setup.Say to Client this requires troubleshooting because their can be any of the above mentioned reasons fo this issue therefore requires technical expertise.We have Happiness Engineers, they would love to assist you.
Prerequisite
- Client's Wordpress Website URL, Credentials(Username and Password).
- Hosting Url and Credentials (Username /Customer ID and Password)/Cpanel/FTP.
Importantly: Verify the credentials then and there over the phone or via chat.
If hosting is with AWS(Amazon Web Services) Key FIle is needed.
