WooCommerce Email Notification Issue

Situation
****The Client is not getting Email Notification if order is placed
Reasons
Generally, these are the following reasons :

Problem in Mail function of WordPress.
WooCommerce plugin and source files are not up to date.
White-list or spam settings on your server.

Communication Client
Tell the client that we will do the whole set up. Hosting Url and Credentials (Username /Customer ID and Password)/Cpanel/FTP.
Importantly: Verify the credentials then and there over the phone or via chat.
If hosting is with AWS(Amazon Web Services) Key FIle is needed.
