# WooCommerce Products not showing on  Shop page

**Situation**
  ****${color}[#ff0000](The Client is not able to see the products on the Shop page  .)

**Reasons**
Generally, these are the following reasons  :
* Shop Page is not properly setup.
* Layout issue on the Shop page.
*  Permalinks are not saved.

**Communication Client**
Tell the client that we will fix the issue. It requires a lot of diagnoses because there can be above-mentioned reasons, So in order to check each and every cause requires analyzation and then fixing. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to do troubleshooting, set up the compatible plugin with his website theme and to check the other plugins conflict and then do the setup.
