Wordpress Widgets Code Issue
Situation
The Client is facing the Widgets Code Issue ie some unwanted codes showing in his WordPress website.It was working last 24 hours suddenly it shows error on the site.
Reasons
Generally, this is the following reason :
Widget added is not supportable with the theme.
Internal Code Error. (php)
Communication Client
Tell the client that we can fix the issue, but It requires a lot of diagnoses as it may be because of the above-mentioned reasons, this needs troubleshooting by technical expertise and we will provide it for you. It's really tough for non-tech savvy to trace and fix the issue. We have our Happiness Engineer, they would love to assist you.
Let, the client knows that we have Proper Departments working -->Development --> QA Team -->Audit Team (checks that issue fixed in given time and scrutinize Clients Feedback). We have offices in India, Texa, UAE(Dubai).
